- Refunds will only be issued in the event that the organizer cancels the scheduled event.
- No refunds will be provided for any payments made unless the organizer cancels the event.
- Once payment has been made, it is considered final and non-refundable, except under the circumstances outlined above.
3. Cancellation by Organizer
In the rare event that IGF Education cancels a scheduled event, registered participants will be notified promptly, and refunds will be issued in full within [15] business days.
4. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled event without prior notice does not entitle the participant to a refund.

If the organizer cancels an event, refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method used during registration. Participants do not need to take any action to initiate the refund process.
